Fulbrook is an upscale 911 acre master-planned estate lot community on FM 1093, just west of the Grand Parkway in Fulshear, Fort Bend County, Texas. Northridge Park is a 228 lot subdivision located off Richey Road and Imperial Valley Drive in Spring, Texas. Designed with the first time home buyer in mind, Northridge Park sold out in a very short period of time with Kimball Hill Homes and Royce Homes as the builders.

 

   

 

 


  Village of Oakridge Grove is a 63 lot gated community located on Maplewood Drive, in the City of Oak Ridge North, just across I-45 from The Woodlands in Montgomery County, Texas. This heavily wooded, gated enclave is located next to Conroe ISD’s Dolly Vogel Intermediate School with quick access to both I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road. Village of Oakridge Grove offers concrete streets and curbs, low maintenance fees, underground utilities and an 8 acre park and nature preserve. Property was purchased by and homes built by Darling Homes.

 


 

Brentwood Place is an 81 single family residential community located off West Airport, Houston, Texas. Developed specifically for the starter home market, this subdivision is one of our most recent accomplishments. All 81 lots have been closed and sold to Gateway Homes and currently 25 homes are either complete and sold or are in various stages of completion. This subdivision is expected to sell out in 18 months from the start date.
